Yoga Therapy helps to reduce the symptoms of Anxiety in all its forms, whether you’re struggling with Generalised Anxiety Disorder, ADHA, Panic Attacks or any other kind Anxiety.
I work with individuals to define their needs and create a personalised practice which infuses mindful movement, breath-work and elements of psychology to ease the physical and mental experiences of Anxiety.

Hatha
A traditional, slow flowing practice with a focus on breath, posture, balance and alignment.
Vinyasa
A fun & dynamic, fast paced practice to get your heart pumping, infused with flowing movement, balances, inversions and core work.
Yin
A deep, meditative practice where poses are held for 3-5 minutes to work into the deep connective tissue to help the body open and repair.
Restorative
A soothing practice to help the body rest and restore. Supported poses are held for long periods to help the body relax and soften,
